We target those who meet all of our qualifications and only invite a select few who meet our quality standards. It helps ensure a quality product and a level of service we can all depend upon.

To this end, we insist that our suppliers have a sufficient quality management system in place as our Quality Management & Food Safety team will not approve a supplier that does not have the appropriate infrastructure to deliver consistent quality.

As an industry leader, our scale and leverage in key ingredient categories can be a real differentiator. We have trusted suppliers that we frequently turn to for certain ingredients and, in turn, they provide us with better prices that we can then pass on to our customers.

Supply chain

We make it a priority to manage the supply chain from point of origin to finished product. We want to know about our ingredients every step of the way––and it’s a level of transparency that is non-negotiable.
